I took that analysis to the county assessor's office and was able to get the property taxes significantly reduced. Over a year later when we were actually ready to sell the home, I again contacted Lance. He listened to what we wanted, priced the house appropriately, and listed it with an on-the-mark description that worked fabulously, receiving offers on the first day, one of which we closed on in what seemed to me to be record time.
