I grew up in the Northwest and have lived here my entire life. I have three beautiful children, Jaden that is attending Perry Technical Inst. Khloe who is attending Clark Community College and playing softball, and Treyson that is in 8th grade. I cherish my time with family and friends and enjoy outdoor activities such as being on the rivers, mountain biking, hiking, and traveling to new places. I've been a REALTOR with Pacific Northwest Realty Group since 2006. We have an incredible team that works together to achieve RESULTS! Our passion is to assist and ease the process for Home Buyers making one of their most important financial purchases and selling homes so that Sellers can make the next move in their journey. I was drawn to Real Estate from my own experience of buying houses and restoring them for resale. I was very successful in this adventure. I formed Clark & Vossen, LLC, and operated that for several years. I then choose to move my focus to be a full-time Realtor so that I could achieve gratification for successful results. I love what I do and take pride in my hard work and commitment to helping others. I have always been complimented on my positive attitude and excellent listening skills, and I believe these qualities are why I have been successful.

I received my Real Estate Certificate with the Rockwell Institute and my Real Estate license in 2006. I take yearly continuing education courses to stay abreast of the current Real Estate Market and Conditions. Before Real Estate, I was a Financial Manager/Treatment Coordinator for Advanced Dental Services for 15 years. I enjoyed my time in the dental field but was ready for more of a personal challenge and financial reward. My first year with Pacific Northwest Realty Group I was received the “Rookie of the Year” award, my second year I was “Sales Team” of the year. In 2009 and 2012, I was “Agent of the Year” for my office. I have placed 2nd in my company for volume of sales in all of the other years. One of my most significant accomplishments was selling the highest priced home in Cowlitz County in 2009 for $600,000.00 in one of the worst Real Estate markets in history. I preserved through the tough years in the market and learned valuable knowledge during that time. I am consistently a Million Dollar Producer! I feel strongly about participating in events and giving back to our community. I donate my time as much as I can. Neighborhood cleanup day, Salvation Army and help to revitalize non-profit buildings to name a few. I enjoy Business After Hours events, yearly Realtor Golf Tournament, and several social functions put on by LOCAR – Lower Columbia Association of REALTORS.
