There is nothing better than knowing you are helping your community than buying local.  Those Ma and Pa shops are the foundation of our community.  Here at Pacific Northwest Realty Group, we love those little shops!  The best place to discover a new local business or even one that has been around for years is at the local farmers market.

This year will mark the 37th year running. Where you can find flowers, fruit, veggies, baked goods garden décor, crafts, and if you are lucky you might just get to enjoy some local entertainment while you shop.  Since the farmers market has been around for so long you are bound to make many family memories for years to come just by spending an afternoon shopping.  Just remember you are not only shopping when you go to the local farmers market you are helping to keep that foundation of a strong growing community going!

This year along with many in the past the Saturday farmers market will begin in April and run through October.  While the Tuesday farmers market will start in May and run through October.  Both having the same hours 9 am to 2 pm.  The Cowltiz Community Farmers Market is located at 1900 7th Ave in Longview, WA 98632.

Make sure to stop by and enjoy the fresh air on a Saturday or Tuesday from 9 am- 2 pm.  Support your local farmers market whether it is here in Cowlitz County or any other county across the US.  We know that this is just one of the many treasures here in our little community that makes it what it is today!
